Very easy to handle and comfortable grip. Concentrator keeps falling off when it heats up, eventually, it wont stay on at all. Contacted manufacturer twice, still waiting for a reply. Very bad after sales service even when product still under guarantee

It's Strong, It Dries My Hair In Half The Time It
It's strong, it dries my hair in half the time it takes for ordinary dryers. It has different heat and strength settings and a cold burst button. It doesn't over heat and shut off. I lost mine and I'm buying another one! Not a different one i want this one specifically!! it is a really great hair dryer!

After buying the Nicky Clarke Frizz Control 2000W smoothing hair dryer I would not contemplate buying any of the other Nicky Clarke items, this item was not cheap
this hair dryer was throwing out flames, customer care did not want to know, only us to use hair dryer about once a month, I'm a very upset customer, and will go to lengths to let people know of this item
