Just a quick note to say thanks to everyone for typing a review.
After reading all of the previous reviews of ImperaData's backup product, I went ahead and contacted the sales staff. I made contact with their pre sales department who put together a bespoke solution for us. This was then followed up by 2 technical meetings. The product was very focused on our needs and met all of our requirements. One of the Operations team came out to get us up and running.
Within 4 days we had an issue with our SQL DB's where our DBA deleted our link tables. We not only recovered all of the items deleted, but we managed to restore it from 5 minutes previous to the incident.
The product, and more importantly the team who come with it are now a valuable part of our company.

I Have Been Using The Imperadata Service On My Com
I have been using the ImperaData service on my companies servers for 3 months and I hvae recently added the sales guys laptops onto the service. It is just great, I have now replaced all my tape systems as there is no need for them. All the company's data is now safely backed up offsite without me having to do anything. All data changes are captured every 15 mins and I have carried out a couple of restores and it was just so simple!
Everyone should be using this online backup service.
After an initial problem with my email containing the log in details getting stuck in my spam folder, I have not had an issue with this product.
The product itself is very good and very trustworthy (I now have all of my critical and non-critical servers connected) but what makes this product stand out from the crowd is the support team that comes with it. Not only are they incredibly clever, but they are very patient and can speak to customers on their level (when I started with this backup service I really wasn't confident, but now I can troubleshoot some problems myself.) I have recommended my partner companies to this service. One word of advice, make sure you take out mailbox and server recovery, it does what it says on the tin!
