Everything About This Product Is Bad But The Price

Everything about this product is bad but the price. We have had nothing but trouble with it, and are without any support.

1) Color is unacceptable.

2) Has started streaking since we tried printing 25 copies of a page. Streaked ever since, and we don't know why.

3) Scarcity of places to buy toner.

4) Does not network well.

The Lexmark C510 Is An Excellent Value Colour Lase

The Lexmark C510 is an excellent value colour laser with rated output 30/8 ppm b&w/colour. It's currently running on an NT4 server with clients all on WinXP - no problems. More built in fonts than you can shake a stick at - note this is not a GDI device and has its own 500MHz processor. Lexmark are honest enough to say that the initial cartridges are only partly full (which most manufacturers conveniently forget to mention). Output quality and speed are very good at this price; it's a bit noisy and the papertray seems flimsy. £393 inc. VAT and delivery from www.printerbase.co.uk Additional RAM isn't too expensive if bought from Crucial.
