As Far As I Am Concerned This Sony Vaio Laptop Is
As far as I am concerned this Sony Vaio laptop is well worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone. Mostly because in my experience the Sony laptop model number FE41E has no bluetooth, infrared, camera don't work properly.. doesnt look to cool in my opinion either, to bulky and heavy for me and for the price I believe there is much better laptops out there on the market.

The First Time I Got This Computer (online) The Ch
The first time I got this computer (online) the chassis was all twisted like if you put soft plastic in microwave. So I had to call Sony and their customer service is messed up. They said it was going to take them at least one month to send me a new laptop. So I told them I haven't even had the laptop for more than two weeks but still no good so I called the retailer and they sent me a new laptop but still this model is rubbish and Sony customer service is messed up. I'm waiting for something serious to go wrong with the laptop and I will take them to court. I bought this laptop for around £800 I would have been much better off buying an acer for £500.

I Bought The Sony Fe41e Two Months Ago. After Two
I bought the Sony FE41E two months ago. After two weeks, several applications did not work e.g. the Sony media center did not work, DVD could not be played, Yahoo messenger did not work and I could not watch TV online. I contacted Sony e-support which took them one week to reply. The first time they asked me to reinstall to the initial manufacturer's setting. I reinstalled, however, after 2 weeks the problems re-occurred. I then had to contact them again. As the last time, it took Sony ages to reply. They said that there might be faulty hardware and arrange for a pick up to repair. The laptop was picked up on 10/04 and I was told it would take about five days. I called last week to know that they were still working on the case. Fair enough, about one week after the pick up and I could be a bit patient. I called back today, one week later, the answer was still waiting.
I've lost patience with Sony. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a decent laptop and a decent service. However, I am totally appalled. When I asked to speak to a manager to return my laptop the customer service said he did not know who the manager was and the normal procedure for returning is that the laptop has to be taken to the repair center for at least three times and this often takes several months.
I would advise you to avoid Sony because if your laptop does not work and you have to return, you will waste all your time talking to a deaf customer service.
I found this review helpful because...I have one of these which I acquired recently, and am now forewarned, thank you.
