Hp Spectre X360 I5-8265u
I bought this freaking laptop for $1300 and it's freaking slower than my 5 year old Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro. I can't believe it takes 3 seconds to open the C drive on windows explorer and when you go on tablet mode they have set it up so that it pops up the start menu and your desktop disappears so you can't access the computer as in normal view (in Lenovo I could work it in tablet mode the same as laptop mode). So annoying. Not to mention the quality. After charging it only 5 times the charger broke down and HP China didn't have a charger so I had to travel to Hong Kong twice to get a new one (once to drop it off and once to pick it up). Unbelievable. The irony is that Hong Kong orders everything from China. Just unacceptable. Overall impression: A WASTE of my money for such a SLOW computer.

0 Stars! Disgusting Customer Relations, Horrible Experience.
There is little wonder that the company has such a shockingly poor rating on trustpilot (1.7 out of 10 stars) and on here. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Truly horrible experience and I would encourage you to stay well away from this company and its products. On 26/11/16 I bought my HP Pavilion laptop for around £600. In December 2016 HP contacted me to say I’d been sent the wrong model, and on 11/01/17 they replaced it and gave me my correct, current laptop. This was the first mistake they made and it inconvenienced me greatly, but at least it was eventually resolved. Then on 4/5 November 2017 weekend I travelled with my laptop and charger stored securely in a laptop bag, but later noticed that it had sustained several scratches despite being stored responsibly. This obviously indicates poor quality paintwork on the laptop as its own charger was so easily able to scratch it. On 7th November I spoke to HP customer services and told them this story in detail, and they reassured me that my laptop’s chassis would be replaced free of charge under my warranty. I was actually impressed at how easy and professional this had been. I was very wrong! Laptop was taken away, and on 22/11/17 I got a receipt that it had been received in the repair centre. To my surprise, a few days later I was contacted by someone from HP, who claimed to be someone senior in the customer relations department but refused to provide his manager's details. This person demanded payment for the job despite acknowledging that HP had told me this would be free. I tried to question the ethics of this with him but he was rude and would not listen. He would not shift on the demand for payment, or honour the promise his previous colleague had made. Instead of addressing my point, he had the laptop sent back to me without being repaired, having wasted a lot of my time and compromised my productivity whilst I had been without my laptop. I should not be in any way responsible or have to bear the consequences for their customer services team not knowing what is and isn’t covered by the warranty and at what cost- once a promise has been made, it should be honoured, and this is what I have repeatedly tried to contact HP about. A £57 repair to a chassis means nothing to such a large company but means everything to a customer who has been treated so poorly, with continuous mistakes from them. I’ve tried to complain several times to people on online chat but no one is bothered or interested in helping. In fact, these people claim that a complaints department doesn't exist, and have offered me a 'discounted' repair at three times the price that the original email was demanding! Out to squeeze money from innocent people who have already spent large amounts on their products.

Hp All In One - A Lousy Computer Ruined By An Update
I shouldn't need to waste time on a help line to fix an already poor computer, made useless by an update I did not authorize.

Ordered 2 Products Of Hp Returned Both
HP 5660 ARRIVED OPENED & re-taped. Nothing in it but the printer. Made 6 calls and no printer tech could help me, referred me to supervisors and twice I hung up because of unacceptable wait times. Tried to email got a message "HP is not responding"! Called again phones are muffled, couldn't understand techs. Wasted 3 hrs doing this. finally got a tech I told I want a refund because of the horrible
service and the printer does not work. He told me they would give me a refund and
pick up this piece of garbage the next day. Made him email me to confirm this. Never ever had such horrible service. Will never buy another HP anything!Ended up buying a Cannon printer from someone way, way smarter than HP and they have
English speaking support.

Customer Service
I purchased a HP laptop and immediately had issues from the start. It froze, typing was incredibly slow and to make matters worse I was never able to get a reply via email. When I called the wait was over 30 minutes long and there was no call back available.
There was a website available sent to me from HP however it turned out to be an infected virus and it made matters that much worse.
Finally after several weeks I was advised my warrenty to return (to Best Buy ) was no longer available and therefore had to pay $100.
I sent about 20 additional emails and not one was ever returned. The only thing worse then HP product is their customer service.!!!!!! I will never purchase another HP and will work on writing as many poor reviews as possible.

Burnt My House Down
I bought a lap top 3 months before my house burned. Well guess what while your lap top was charging it caught my room on fire and destroyed my home and the home of my 7 children!! You have not took any intiative to help pay for my newly rebuilt home while me and my husband struggle to pay the difference that insurance did not cover! This laptop was new and had a recall on almost every product when fire investigator did his investigation on the product. But because I had a lamp beside my bed you weren't responsible. The fire started from your laptop per fire investigator. But your "engineers" say otherwise! Well I hope and pray you lose all business! I have lost almost a year of my life because of your faulty products! Not to mention having to be put in the hospital for a nervous breakdown! I hate this company with a passion!
