Atlantic Technology 270 Home Theater System-First off I would like to say that I mix audio tracks for music/film, and not to be snooty but must first time maybe second time home theater buyers don't have a clue for what to listen for in a good speaker package. They're too busy listening and comparing over excited high freq. to appreciate what the rest of the 9 million freq. are doing.

That aside I would have to say my atlantic system prevails repoducing distortion free in all frequencies with a flat response. I would say the slight high freq. roll off probably complements the system to sound more rich, natural and rounded. Effectivly it doesn't leave a hole in the mid/high frequecy which often is a side effect from too much highs.

Nothing I have heard sounds better for hometheater in this price class and I have heard alot.

Bottom line I highly recommend this system the entertainment value will pay you back ten fold.
