3 times been with out electricity for 2 days freezing temps.Cards don't work !! No help on weekends to connect supply lost freezer fridge contents offered £20 compensation company are disgusting and well over the price they originally say your on expect larger bills a no after service STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
