a minimum of 10 minutes wait time everytime I call. almost every bill was incorrect and they had no idea what was going on when I called. was put on hold 15 times in one call for them to speak to a manager. all this as well as late payment fees for incorrect bills. the 'free' light bulb thing is a load of rubbish too - they are but if you wish to cancel your services with them you pay through the nose for the bulbs! absolute sharks parading as a 'nice' company.
