I have now been waiting since October 2020 for someone to sort out my current tariff.
Numerous calls and told emails will be sent to a manager to sort the problem out but still no joy.
I have even asked to speak to a manager but advised managers don’t take calls.
So if they don’t take calls or resolve problems what do they do.
With my past experiences I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this company.
