Attempted to change to Ebico, what a shambles, don't reply to messages, e mails etc, don't keep you updated on the change over, lose your replies to them, then say you have not replied, had to send a photo of my meter only to be told that it was not my meter, even though it is screwed to the from of my house!! then after chasing again and again, I was told to ring the old supplier and chage over to Ebico myself!!
My advice! say well clear until they can get there act together.

If I had known how bad they were before, I would never have changed to they.
