I had to chase for a confirmation they had received my bag and that was processing. Should not take a week but a few hours once revived. I would have preferred to have weighed and be dealt with in my doorstep but not given that option. Poor communication and lack of efficiency to suit my customer reasons why I had chosen this service as I thought was rapid and professional. Which is far from.
I run a small business and would not under no circumstances treat any of my clients in such a manner. Been a week no payment received so no value for money.
