Ordered a bespoke card for our anniversary.
Uploaded a photo, proofed it, ordered it.
Card arrived and was opened by my wife. The photo was covered in thick black lines. The card was basically ruined.
Emailed Moonpig who state they will contact you within 24 hours. 4 days later....
Their response was - we know there is a problem with a black and white filter which can do this to the photos. So they knew there was a problem but still allowed the unsuspecting public to pay up for a shoddy service and product.
Customer service responses are poor.
I won't be surprised to hear that the company will have gone bankrupt in the near future unless they sort their business out.
Wish I'd read all the reviews before ordering.
I'll be heading over to the pigeon in future..
