I have never in 15 years not given my friend a birthday gift on her birthday. I'm now 200 miles away to thought I'd use moonpig. Never again!! The card and gift came 5 days late (even though I ordered it a week before), I wouldn't have minded if it had been my judgement error but I used their delivery calculator to pick the dispatch/delivery day! I've complained to them, which they should answer in 24hours, which has been ignored. Disgusting service and no customer service. Couldn't be more disappointed. Really advise against using this company.
