The flowers were sent to the wrong company on valentines day and I have my girlfriend on the phone in tears because I have forgotten valentines day, finally found them but email on sat and mon with no response, now its Tuesday and I am on hold for over 7 mins so far but using the time constructively by leaving my reviews of moonpig

me too, 45 mins on tel to Moonpig. Flowers etc didn't arrive, another parcel for another address left in wheelybin. Disappointed valentine. Result - a refund no goodwill gesture....not using again
