“Shocking service”

I ordered my valentines card on Sunday the email says it was to be dispatched on Monday when I checked online that said dispatched on Monday and yet it still hasn't turned up. This isn't the first time we have had problems with the website!! I had an email on Tuesday saying last chance for valentines cards to be delivered first class. If this is the case why hasn't the card turned up!!! Your company should not advertise things if they can't deliver on them! I will never use them again! I would give no stars but rating won't let me
