“Absolute disgraceful level of customer service”

After ordering a birthday card for a friends 30th a week in advance, I was thoroughly disappointed when it arrived with the message at the bottom chopped in half. I have been trying constantly to get in touch with them via telephone and as yet I have not spoken to an actual person - only a recorded message to say they are busy. I have emailed the customer service department 3 times now to request a replacement - all of which gave been ignored. Company have been fine in the past however, if you are unfortunate enough to receive a faulty product it is impossible to speak to anyone. I will not be using this company again!
