Never Let Me Down ....

I have been using Moonpig to send cards, flowers and framed cards for some years now.

The outstanding thing ( from my experience ) is that I have never been let down in delivery or quality and everything has always been next day when ordered before 2pm.

The cards are always innovative and quirky ( when required ) but do perhaps lack that personalisation of actually writing them yourself. I wonder if it's possible to be able to write your signature and scan it into a card. That would be wonderful.

I understand the issue of cards becoming creased on delivery but most of that is due to modern letter boxes and the fact that anything needs a mighty shove to go through them. Perhaps a 'Do Not Bend' stamped on every envelope may encourage more care.

I like the facility of keeping accurate names and addresses on the site and the fact that date reminders are sent by email. Properly used, it's almost impossible to forget an important event again.

I have used competitor card sites but find that Moonpig remains the favourite to date ... and reliability is the key point here!
