“Order failed every time”

After having good previous experiences I was very disappointed recently to have an order rejected multiple times. Customization process for ordering a mug did not work, showing non-customized photos and text. Taking a chance to place the order failed multiple times with unexplained error. After 2 attempts there were 2 orders in the basket, tried to access the basket, which also failed with unexplained error. Would not recommend charging your account with credit as it looks like they have developed a real problem with reliability of late.
