“Not able to cancel yearly charge”

A few years ago I made a purchase of advent calendars and sent them to the grandchildren. No one got them although I was charged. Every year since then I get charged $12.00 on my credit card. I am not able get this charge to stop. I see that this company is making a lot of money by charging people for nothing.
