I had 2major problems that were not resolved. A card I sent had misspelled a few words despite me previewing it. The second issue was that 2 important cards were delivered 5 days late. After reporting this to them & asked for a refund they only addressed the refund issue. They said they only issue a refund during the first month. They never explained why the cards were late. The issue about misspelling was said to be looked into. This used to be a good company but don't trust the m. Go to Jaquie Lawson cards for a first class reliable company.
