“SHOCKING do not use”

Payzone sold 2 contracts, I wanted to read the agreement before signing but they offered me 3 months free terminal rental to sign without reading the agreement. Then when the agreement started they charged me for the terminals, so I cancelled my direct debit, they then started threatening, I asked for the final letter so o could go to the financial ombudsman, they have refused it’s been 16 weeks now. Payzone are a joke they can’t even follow there own complaint procedure correctly then blame their customers. Do not use, if you do you will be sorry.
