I was very happy with my experience with Fister. My contact and manager was really great, personable and professional. In my opinion he is first class, overall one of the best case managers I have dealt with in any company. Fister operates in a very solid way. Alot of companies do not, the questions and methods these use to execute functions are all sound. Which leads to good results. Alot of companies that offer services sadly are not sound in many areas. I personally plan to use Fitser again. I plan to recommend Fitser, and do recommend it right now to anyone using it for website design. My experience was very good, every check up and call by Fitser is really good as well. If I was to outsource for web design, I would choose at this moment Fitser. If I was to gift someone a site and a development team, it would probably be Fitser.

We are very pleased with the website that Fitser created for us, the final product is better than we anticipated and we are seeing the benefits to our business following its implementation. We were particularly grateful for the support we received throughout, the thorough explanations of each step of the process and patience that we were shown as this was all new to us. We were impressed by the ease in communication with our Fitser representative and his willingness to make himself available to us at any time. I asked Fitser if they could make me an eCommerce website and they told me it's doable at around $2,500 USD. I agreed to the deal and later on, they had tons of other fees such as a fee of $1,000 for hosting. Why would I want my website to not be hosted? Not only this but when I tell them about some minor changes they could make to the website (colors, ui, etc.) they had to be fussy about it and yell at me saying that if I were to continue with my behavior, they would stop the project all together. That's not ok at all! You can't blame me for my behavior when you're the one who is having me wake up at 5:30 in the morning because your team is in another country. I am the customer and so they should be accommodating with my timezone, not the other way around. Overall I'm not very happy with this, but then again, I suppose it's what I get for cheaping out and not going for a professional development team, or even a freelancer.

I made a mistake of hiring them for my eCommerce website. The manager who was my point of contact would yell at me and threaten me saying he will stop the work if I escalate his incompetence and ignorance. I can't believe he would treat his customers like this! I never had such an experience in my life and that is why I have taken to write a review for the first time.

This company will assure you a lot but will not do what they promise. They will send you a proposal but they will not complete what they said. And your website will be so slow you will not believe it. They will take all your money before they complete and will not complete it as promised. They are always in a rush for go-live without completing. I made a mistake of paying them.

Very professional approach and showing interest at all times to succeed. Outcome orientated and very helpful. I am little bit disappointed on the fact that it took 12 months to publish the application. But nothing ever takes 5 minutes. also Fitser provides a very good value.

I gave 4 stars because my website is not completed yet. I’m working with Saikat Sen, my project manager at Fitser to upgrade my website, manage it, manage social media and SEO. So far, my website is coming along nicely. Working with Saikat is professional. He’s patient with my many questions and his suggestions are helpful. He understands my vision for my site and he and his team are working hard to deliver. Will return to upgrade my review once the job is done satisfactorily and I’m generating sales as promised.

I was reluctant to use a web development company for my project since I do some web development work myself. However, after seeing the highly professional work of Fitser, I am convinced that I made the right decision to use Fitser to create my website for the Orlando International Film Festival, the project that will be my legacy and will live in the Film Festival space as one of the most important film festivals in the world. It was very important to me that the website be user friendly and motivate persons in the film industry to select my festival among the thousands available. The Fitser beautiful design has attracted filmmakers from around the world. I cannot express my gratitude for their willingness to listen to my ideas and work diligently to satisfy my desires at all time. I recommend this company to anyone and look forward to working with them on future projects.

In my whole life I never wrote bad about anybody, but the way this guy's treated me, I feel bad for myself that I trusted this people and even though my site was half way done I was giving them more contacts in Australia. So that they develop. Unfortunately they took all my money and left the website halfway and never responded for my calls my mail. My request is never fall prey to this people. God will punish for sure.

Do not fall for their stories like I did! I was promised that if I went with their company, I would be guaranteed a bright future with tons of sales and business. How can a company promise this? Then I was pressured into paying more and more money for an Apple app and an Android app. I was told that without these, I couldn’t succeed.  For the manager at Fitzer: I will remove this bad review if you will do what’s right and refund me the $7,680 I spent on this poorly constructed website full of misspellings and certainly NOT the source of a bright future! 

These guys are the real deal , while their are many agencies overseas, these guys never disappoint. It takes some great courage to put in the work that these guys do and you can just feel the cultural atmosphere you can feel which is ironic since we communicate in a digital world today . In addition , these guys have character in the work that they do and how they present themselves. Talking to many agencies before,most of them in all honesty scare you away but fitser you always know cant wait for the next time you get talk to the team because they really show value in what they do. Next is Principal, they know what business is like in the real world today and getting results makes them enjoy their whole day as you know they get a sense of accomplishment in seeing you win. Lastly is Integrity , their are many project manager in the world but having the one I have is more than any other project manager I could ask for, a true friend which I can not wait to meet, is like having a one man army on your team ready for Victory. In addition, a real mentor in the digital business that is high in demand today. I thank you personally , the whole team over their for what they have done and in all can not wait to see them in person. Fitser is definitely a company I will recommend to anyone I see because being a business owner , I wouldn't invest my dollar in something I didn't believe would work which makes investing with fitser one of the best decisions I ever decided. Being an Entrepreneur, Fitser has given me the tools of a sword and shield making me business savvy in any industry I step foot in and I can not thank enough.
