Great cooker - Cluny Lacanche

A smart, well designed beautiful piece of simple engineering that cooks fantastically. Looks stunning and very easily maintained and cleaned.

The fan oven and the gas oven are a great combo. The ovens are well lit and easily accessed with pull down doors that are well designed to open and close well, but have enough weight that they feel of good sturdy stuff. The five gas burners on the hob give me plenty of options, and the stainless steel finish on the hob is so easy to keep clean. I also bought a griddle which is brilliant for indoor BBQ of fish, meat and veg. I also use the centre burner for the wok and it gets up to heat very fast. The two warming drawers beneath give me plenty of extra storage for baking trays etc if I need them, but also excellent for warming dishes and plates before serving.

My cooker is finished in white with brushed stainless steel fittings. It is fitted into a contempary kitchen, and adds style and sophistication (so I am told by friends). It's a great bit of kit that I am so pleased I discovered, and I will take my Cluny if I should ever move.

This is a quality cooker and worth every penny. Top chefs use them and I can see why. I love my Cluny Lancanche.
