The AA driving school is ridiculous!

I paid £61 online on the AA's website in order to top up my account to book lessons. The money went out of my bank account but never showed up on the AA's website so I could not book lessons! It was the weekend so I emailed them since there was no option to do a live chat or phone call to customer service. They are not opened on the weekends. They never replied to my email! 2 days later on the Monday when I could finally contact customer service via live chat, the guy I spoke to said they did get the money. So I asked to book lessons, then he says there are no driving instructors in my area. Why did they not say this on the website when you type in your postcode? It would have saved me from trying to book and wasting my time! When I asked for a refund, the guy said that it would be 28 working days until I got my refund! I was shocked! When most companies refund you in 7 working days or less, the AA keeps your money for 28 days! How ridiculous! I told the guy that that was a long time and I would not be able to book a driving lesson with anyone else since I wont get my money back for so long! He replied that 28 working days was not a long time! The AA driving school is the most horrible and unprofessional driving school I have ever dealt with. They wasted my time!
