Worst driving school ever

I DO NOT recommend the AA to anyone. The instructor was rude and was criticising me all the time. I had 3 hours lesson and I was driving only for 1 hour cause he was talking rubbish for the rest 2 hours. He was boasting himself that he is the best intructor in the country. But he is the worst! He’s shown me his pupil’s files (with all the confidential information in them like full name, address etc.) and he was commenting on their mistakes in driving. He was very impatient and rude. I complained to the AA and asked for a full refund for prepaid lesson with this terrible instructor ( cause I didn’t want to continue with him) and they said I can’t have a refund cause I’m requesting it in less than 48 hours prior to the lesson. And they don’t care that the reason I want a refund is that this instructor humiliated me and discouraged me from driving! So it means that I’ve lost my fee of £65 !!! The AA - the worst driving school ever.
