APPALLING, joke isn’t the word

Honestly wish I could give zero stars. So I done a 10 hour block intensive course having previously done 20 hours driving with another instructor who was very good but could no longer fit me in when needed , before I booked the course I went on an assessment lesson with the instructor who told me I would need 10 hours, this cost me £350 including the assessment lesson and I got this as a present for my birthday. The initial lesson was okay although he did not know the area at all and it is now apparent to me after booking and paying for my block this company is all about getting your money and they really don’t care about actually getting you through your test AT ALL! The instructor I had was extremely negative all the time which was really off putting and on the 3rd out of the 4 lessons you get he nipped away and and made so many comments to me in a sarcastic and unprofessional manner that I just told him we need to cut our lesson short I’m not okay with this and drove home. Needless to say I failed my test but with 6 majors and 17 minors, of course no instructor is to blame for a failed test, first time is more common than not and test nerves etc but 6 majors and 17 minors is appalling and it was clear to me and the assessor there were so many things I had no idea of that should have been taught ! I had also done a mock test with my previous instructor and Got 1 major snd 7 minors, how is possible I’d got that much worse at driving from going with pass n go ? Then when he came into my house so my mum could have a word with Him after the test his advice was book another 10 hour block “just to be sure” and hire out a duel car to take me out in, after assessing me the first time and saying 10 hours is what I would need? Clearly this is all about money and you couldn’t pay me to go with this company again , To anyone thinking of booking with this company do yourself a favour, save your money and go elsewhere!
