My husband had a lesson booked and because the dvla server was down the driver wouldn't take him, despite the fact he had a licence, passport, theory test paper etc. When he asked for a refund as he didn't have a lesson he was told no and take it up with the dvla. Unacceptable and will be taking this to trading standards. They haven't heard the last of this. Absolutely disgusting.
