i've had 3 driving instructors. the first had to quit due to family problems unfortunately, and the second was from never pass. she was rude, unhelpful and arrived 40 minutes late on the third lesson, which is where i quit. my new instructor is a much better instructor all around.

My son turned 17 and on the day of his birthday we booked a 2 hour driving lesson. This went fine and the next 2 lessons were booked. The first one she cancelled 2 hours before the lesson was due and rescheduled, that was also cancelled so as by that time it was close to the next booked lesson so we thought we would just make that the next one. My son text 4 days before to ask if he could be collected at college (which is a couple of minutes down the road) as he had to go in that day. He never heard from her, she did not come to the college or home address and we never heard from her again. I sent an email to ask for an explanation but that was also ignored. I find this treatment terrible and how can you run business like that, if there were issues we should have had some explanation.My son was very disheartened and did not deserve to be treated in the manner. Please don't give her your business
