We had a conservatory warm roof and french doors installed very recently by Trade2Trade. We are delighted with both products and impressed with the service we received from this company, so much so that we have placed a further order with them.In particular the tradesmen involved (six in all at various stages) were always friendly, professional and even made suggestions as to how to improve the overall effect we were hoping to achieve. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and was pleased with the cost of the project which came well within the budget we had set ourselves.

So happy with my beautiful new door and windows fitted by a brilliant team who arrived punctually and worked with professionalism throughout. A pleasure to have in my house the fitters were courteous, informative and friendly and quickly got the job done. Thank you so much - the company as a whole can be recommended without hesitation!

The two stars refers to after sales service. No one returne phone calls when a fault has developed. Quick to take money wish they were as quick to remedy faults. I have had same fault returne again and just like last time can't speak to anyone who can give me a day for repairs.

Goods quality windows and good service, I am pleased

We had an Orangery built recently which was supposed to have taken 8 weeks from start to finish but ended up taking 4 months due to this company not supplying tradesmen to this job every day until the job was finished as promised at the signing of the contract. On more than one occasions we only had tradesmen 1 day a week and then I had to keep phoning to ask whether anybody would be turning up today. The whole job from start to finish was very stressful for us not knowing when to expect somebody to arrive. The owner of the business failed to project manage our job, he visited our house about 4 times to see how the work was progressing in 4 months, in my oppion that no way to manage a business. He works in total disarray, I had to tell him several times what the building materials were.

We are happy with the build, the tradesmen were good at their jobs thank goodness, but it such a shame that the owner let's it all down by not responding to any after sales issues. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

When we placed our order with this company we were promised completion certificates and photos of working progress when the job was completed, which they have failed to produce, even after several requests. We also have a few minor issues, but it seems that they are just not interest to even ask me what the issues are although I did email them, but as usual no reply.

I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anybody else because they have no after sales service which is such a shame as this has left me with a bad oppinion of them.

Work done efficiently, tidily and quickly (under 2 days). Installers were polite and courteous. Excellent job!

We had several windows and doors in our new extension, together with bifold doors and a replacement bathroom window, all supplied and fitted by Trade 2 Trade. Right from the outset we were pleased with the service - the Sales people were knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy and the turn around time on the windows and doors was very impressive. T2T's prices were also very competitive and the fitters were efficient, courteous and tidy - they even fixed our very old front door on their way out! Very happy to recommend T2T to others and hope the windows and doors stand the test of time.

T2T recently replaced our 15 year old conservatory. We had a composite tile roof to replace the old polycarbonate roof and now you are no longer deafened when it rains! The dark wooden windows were replaced with larger bright white upvc windows and we had bifold doors fitted. The difference it has made to this room is amazing. It took just over a week and the fitters were great. Although there were a few issues regarding the specification along the way, these were all resolved and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Just make sure you are clear about the detail so you understand what you are getting as the contract may not cover everything. However I understand that T2T may be dealing with this.

Overall though, great product and service - I'd rate T2T 4 1/2 out of 5.

We had our soffits and fascias done. The work only took a day and was done with very little noise. The guys doing the work were friendly and kept the mess to a minimum, they also took everything away with them. Before the work was done it was peeling and shabby, the house now looks great and no more peeling paint! We would definitely recommend Trade2Trade to our friends and family!
