We were amazed how quickly the windows and replacement panes were installed from the initial phone calls. Having had 4 separate windows sorted out on 3 differing occasions. Two other rooms had window handles that had become loose and these were quickly adjusted and are like new again. They even filled some minor dents on the interior window sills that had been there for years. They are just so helpful. We are very happy with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and colleagues.
