Dreadful level of service, 7 months from raising issue being told over 12 different calls (none initiated by Safestyles) that I will be compensated.

Today I have now been asked to start proceeding via a form including all the information from prior conversations (information all in their system).

Engineers who visit and damage doors/windows. Then follow up engineers visit and tell me this is a regular occurrence.

The positive reviews all state no issues, don't run the roulette of needing repairs and banging your head against a brick wall.

Please please please, don't waste your money. Pay the extra to use a reputable company. Who when issues occur (which is acceptable) will fix properly and not damage further.
