Had windows and front door fitted on 26/3/21. Quality of work was very poor so contacted customer service the following Monday. Surveyor booked for 1 month later to review work. Now told I have to wait until30/06/21 to have faults repaired.
Very poor customer service post sales as they already have your money and make you wait long periods of time for repairs and to rectify work that should have been carried out to their high standards as quoted in all literature.
Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone as they don't offer value for money.
