Poor service

Had two new doors fitted back in February, the front door had a top glass with the name of the house on it, but on the day of installation the glass didn’t get fitted because it wasn’t ready in time. Not a problem at the time, they said it would be two weeks before it would be ready. The first lockdown happened and again this wasn’t a problem. After the first lockdown I started to chase and find out when they would be finishing the installation. Dozens of phone calls made and been told I would get a phone call back off them which never happened I still didn’t get any information when they would be finishing. In October I finally had a date when the glass would be fitted but on the day the glass wasn’t the right one. I spoke to customer care and was told sorry but we would get the correct glass in a week. We’re now in late November and after emails sent, phone calls made and been told sorry we will get someone to ring you back. This still hasn’t happened. Safestyle uk are a complete waste of time and never do what they say they are going to do. If they say they are going to ring you back this is never going to happen.
