Disgusting

Well where do I start with this company apsalutely appalling would never recommend them totally over charged us first time buyers of windows as me and my husband were doing our house up sales rep in my house for 3 hours charged us £12,000 for windows and then dropped to £9,900 over 10years !! Was told was approved for full finance and the last day of fitting was told we owed £900 that had to be paid on the day it was 5 weeks before Christmas last year I had to use my credit card the communication was poor and if you ask me treated us badly and to top it off we have had nothing put problems with our windows and doors !! Leaks in window back door massive gap underneath my living room has mould on the walls from the upstairs windows not sealed properly condensation in one window. Which had to be replaced scratches on doors bathroom window handle not fitted correctly windows poorly sealed just looks a mess no tlc the list can go on and I keep getting fobbed off after filling for compensation which is still on going all they will offer me is £200 the redecorating is going to cost £1,200 just disgusting they should be ashamed of them selves so don’t ever go with them
