cant think of enough praise for this company.... prompt, friendly, obliging, true time-served craftsmen with a genuine eye to detail cannot fault them at all and a breath of fresh air compared to other companies I have experienced Engage them with confidence, you sill not regret it (By the way, I am notoriously hard to please!!)

I had my front windows replaced (upstairs and downstairs). Excellent service throughout. Agent was great. Very helpful and professional. The window fitters were very hardworking and did a great job. I felt that they went the extra mile to ensure that everything was spot on. Thanks very much!

This company was polite from salespearson to fitters no hassel.stated how long window would take to be made fitters turned up at appointed time and did a brilliant job cleaned all there mess up afterwards will definatly use again

We recently had a conservatory & Windows fitted and the products used were of a very high standard. The window fitters were absolutely amazing and have done an excellent job with the fitting. Their workmanship was impeccable, they were extremely polite and left both the house and garden in immaculate condition. The salesman and office staff were also very courteous too and the timescale quoted at the time of order was kept to. You can't go wrong with this company. The salesperson was brilliant from the get go, no pressure, good advice and not pushy. The process was well guided and clear. The company thoroughly checked that the order was exactly how we wanted before we went ahead with 2 visits from the surveyor and the fitting team. We were allowed to make changes throughout the process before the start. Covid put the spanner in the works several times and it slowed the process down, but Reliant never stopped keeping us in the loop via the office. The workmen were a delight and it was no problem to iron out any hiccups along the way. They kept clean and took our rubbish away. What did reliant do for us? We have an ex council terrace house. They replaced all windows front and back with a composite front door. All of the plastic facia and guttering was replaced. Our dilapidated lean-to was demolished rebuilt and extended (modestly). The solid roof was replaced with blue glass so that our living room was flooded with light. We went from brown leaded windows to beaming white and we LOVE it. Can't stop looking through our new windows and patio door! ...and we have the Fensa certificate to prove it.

We recently had a porch fitted to the front of the house. The product is of a good quality and the fitters were efficient and very helpful. We were very pleased with the final product and will be recommending Reliant to our friends.

We decided to contact Reliant Windows again having received good service a couple of years ago when they replaced our windows. We had a new patio door quoted at a very competitive price and Reliant were superb again with their customer service keeping us updated with the slight delays due to material availability. Reliant arrived promptly on the day to fit the door and did a great job, we would definitely recommend this company.

I have recently had a combination of new uPvc A rated windows, replacement double glazed window units and new cladding fitted to my garage by Reliant Windows. Friendly staff - not too pushy sales staff - friendly and warm hearted. Efficient and effective workmen who did an execellent tidy job with a new replacement porch and bay window. My house is so much warmer now.

A wonderful experience, from the initial call to ask for a quotation to the end result - the fitting of my french doors. The fitters were very polite and swift at fitting the doors. They were friendly and very very neat and tidy. Didn't feel pushed into ordering, didn't have to listen to a hard sell. The guy took my details and provided me with a great price. Having had quotations from a few and a hard pushy sales pitch from other suppliers - these guys were a breath of fresh air and very competitive. Will definitely go straight back with no hesitation for future requirements.

Where do I start, the person I dealt with came and had a measure and gave us a price, after that there was no chasing up from Repaint, they left the decision completely up to is, which was fantastic, not having someone constantly chasing you for the work. Once we'd spoken to another man, it was all systems go, they started exactly when they said the lads doing the work were great, no mess left what so ever, the after service has been fantastic, and the leaded arch window that was done to replace the existing one we had is spectacular. Everything was done in the timeframe indicated at the start...arrived at the time stated and worked throughout the time on site. Windows ate lovely and make a definite difference to our home’s kerb appeal. Work team were polite and friendly, answering any query fully. I would recommend the company to anyone. They were professional and thorough from start to finish.

Reliant Windows have supplied and fitted new windows, new doors, a new porch and a new window over my garage. The quality of the materials has been excellent and the fitting has been of an extremely high standard. I have had a relatively minor problem with the porch roof, which after being brought to Reliant's attention, they have quickly made arrangements for this to be remedied. I have been well impressed with the work and the attention to detail and would recommend Reliant Windows most highly. There may be cheaper alternatives on the market but I do not think any of these could match Reliant's quality and service. My thanks to the company for jobs very well done.

Recently, I had a bow window and canopy's fitted to my property. The salesman was knowledgeable. The surveyor was great too. The fitters were courteous, pleasant and experts in their field. Really good install. I was really pleased with the experience. I would recommend this company to friends or family. 5 stars!!

Fantastic service all round, from getting the quote to fitting. Fitters were brilliant. No fuss, not mess and a very good eye for detail. All-in-all very good value and excellent quality.

We have had 4 windows and a d/gl door fitted and we would endorse every remark made by "Kyleighh111" ... we had excellent service from start to finish, from the surveyor (nice chap) through to the guys that did the fitting and clearing up. Their pricing was very competitive and it's our experience that we've had very good quality units and service - and we would recommend this company.

From the first salesman to the last fitters we had a superb service we where under no pressure to buy the salesman was very polite and genuine, the price quoted was reasonable compared with some quotes we had previously had, he advised us and was very knowledgeable.the surveyer was also a really nice man when the fitters came to fit then they got on with the job NO FUSS!!!! NO DRAMA!!! just got on with the job again really nice polite men, the quality of the windows was first class and the fitting is second to none very high standard of work I would not use any other company now in fact we are so pleased with the service given to us by Reliant that we are now in the process of purchasing a conservatory from them. I would confidently recommend them to anyone and would be sure they would get a first class service.

the girl cold calling on the telephone was surprised when I said yes send your representative, he came along gave his pitch which gave me confidence they would be able to do the tricky job on the dorma windows we wanted, paid the deposit on the day and a month later the installation was completed on time without drama by two great chaps with no damage to any decoration either inside or out. everyone I have had contact with at reliant have been first rate.
