booked a new roof to replace old leaking one.It was due to be done on 8/6/17 day before we were going on holiday,was told it would be completd same day.Weather forecast for the day was heavy rain.Old roof removed no problem,then the troubled started,heavy rain leaving floor a flooded muddy lake.With extra help roof was fitted by 4.00pm but no where near completed.Floor needed a clean with mop.Agreed for the fitters to come for 2hrs on Friday to make conservatory safe brfore our holiday.Returned back on 17/6.Roof completed Thursday afternoon 22/6 not very happy and satisfactory.Work should not have been started at all with the weather forecast that day and left till after the holiday.

We have had a lean to conservatory erected last week. Excellent workmanship, cheerful and skilled workmen. Nothing could be better - Certainly, a 5 star job - until it rained!! The water flowed the wrong way from the down spout as the guttering is sloping the wrong way leaving a good inch of water in the guttering. No problem,we thought, we were told to "just ring up and someone would come to our assistance" was the last words from the team. We have now telephoned but,each time, have been passed on with "No-one is here at present, we will leave a note on his desk." Yes you have guessed rightly no response. The latest phone call was dealt with differently by us being told that all lines were busy please hold as the call is important to Reliant then, when someone answered we were told the service department was now closed until 9am next day. This is beginning to sound like we've got your money and will do our best not to correct our mistake! It seems such a shame that this matter is beginning to leave a bad taste in an otherwise excellent job of work. So! we will try again tomorrow!

Product is very good, however, we have a problem with the front door. We have reported this at least 8 times with phone calls and visits to the offices in West Bromwich and still we are left with a draft due to the front door not having a draft strip and after spending approx. 6,000 with Reliant I am disgusted with the after sales service. I have had 5 queries from friends and neighbours about the windows and doors and I have turned them all off going to Reliant due to the lack of service which is a shame as the product other than the expensive front door is very good. I would not recommend this company.

Once again my porch door lock will not operate! Third time in as many years. The quality of the door is good (in my opinion) the door and window locks are iffy. The key to the bathroom window snapped of some time ago and some of the others are bent.
