DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They are a fake company that takes your money, promises to deliver on a day and then no delivery. We paid just under £3k to them! When you call the customer service, after waiting over 55 minutes several times, still no one picks up. Will have to do a charge back.

avoid avoid avoid this company is a sham, took delivery of 8 doors which were pre treat so no need to paint, quality of packaging poor very poor every single door had damage on them. They are delivered with a thin sheet of plastic only over them nothing else to protect them in transit. Unfortunately I had no option but to fit as joiner had removed my doors and preped ready for deliver arriving to fit. If I did not fit these doors I would of had no doors for Christmas as he was fully booked. I must have sent back and forth over 30 emails. Ending in them offering a pathetic £140 partial refund. Well that will pay for one door to be painted. I have now been chasing this refund since the start of December. Every day I have sent an email, most are ignored. On the 5th of December I was told a refund had been processed that day. Surprise surprise nothing arrived in my account, so back to sending multiple emails, told to give it 14days. Which I have done and again surprise surprise no refund received. Saga continues sending multiple emails and again nothing. Honestly the worst after care I have ever experienced. Stay clear this company is clearly run by sham artists.

Horrific, untrue, unethethical company We ordered some louvre doors from Leader Doors on 25 August 2023 which were meant to be delivered on 7 September. We received an email from a representative in the ‘customer success team’ on Sept 1 saying there was a delay and they would be delivered mid-November. This was unacceptable in the first place, with no mention of compensation for the huge delay and no reply to any ensuing correspondence. These efforts include both myself and my husband being on hold on the phone for nearly two hours at a time until the phone cuts off with no answer - the same every time we called. There is no way to reach anyone, rectify this or even get a refund. Have they gone bust? The cupboard was been built specifically for these doors. We have been unable to reach anyone via the help, customer service emails, phone or facebook page despite multiple attempts. We have sent numerous emails – to numerous email addresses and there has never been a response. We have heard nothing since September 1 now. There is a complete lack of contact and customer service and we are out of pocket £127 with no doors or response. A truly horrific experience from genuine buyers. Please avoid this company at all costs.

“No response from Leader Doors”

I placed an order with Leader Doors. The doors were to be shipped by the manufacturer but we could not find a date to deliver. I approached Leader Doors to sort out the issue but now they have frozen the order and will not respond to my emails and I cannot get through on the telephone. The manufacturer is not able to help because the they are waiting from instructions from Leader Doors. The doors are now weeks late and I cannot even cancel the order. This is the worst customer service that I have experienced. So unprofessional.

“Less than one star”

If only there was a score lower than one star. The customer service of this company is woeful. We ordered doors and a pairmaker from them to install as double doors, and faced a list of issues from false deliveries, incomplete deliveries, damaged doors, poorly finished pairmakers, incompatible handles and more. When complaints were raised we found that every email took days to respond to and came from a differently named person who seemed not to have bothered reading the previous chain. The ever changing roster of agents also means they don't really know or understand their product range very well, from our experience. We eventually found an email address for the head of the company, and he made all the right noises about being shocked, saddened etc, and said he had discussed our issues with his department heads. His help ended there though as he seemingly disappeared from the chain (despite always being on copy) and made no attempt to actually ensure his department heads did anything to resolve our issues other than offer £50 refund which, when considering delivery alone of the doors was £40, is an insultingly low amount to make up for the poor quality and the amount of work needing to be undertaken to make these doors work (full repaint, filling etc). Unless, like us, this is the only place you can find the exact doors you like the look of and are prepared for the headaches, months of back and forth, and a lot of work, AVOID this company

“Horrific service”

I ordered 5 doors which were the wrong size. I spent months and 34 emails trying to return them. They didn't recognize their own sku codes and they have never once answered the phone. I eventually paid an extra £60 for collection. I waited here all day and they didn't turn up, instead they emailed to ask what they were collecting. After 34 emails! Really!? Now they are just ignoring me. They are unbelievably stupid, you might think they are cheap but it is not worth the time, and stress! I have waisted a lot of money! Just try calling!

“WORST COMPANY EVER”

If I could leave a minus star review I… If I could leave a minus star review I would. Please read the other reviews before you purchase from these clowns. I purchase some Deanta doors a few months back from Leaders, I had them installed by a professional fitter (personal friend) All the edges that were trimmed (in accordance with their recommendations) were then sealed. I now have splitting/delamination, which is near the center of the door alongside the glazed section. Leaders have said that Deanta have declined the warranty claim saying that I didn't seal the edges of the doors and moisture has got in and that is what has caused the issues. They (Leaders)have never seen a pic of the edges to know whether they were sealed or not (which they were) PLUS and here's the biggie, I've spoken with DEANTA DIRECTLY and they know NOTHING about a declined warranty claim, saying that the Email DIDNT come from them!!! Would I buy Deanta doors again, definitely, would I buy from Leaders? NEVER. Plus, as everyone else has said,once they have your money they NEVER answer their phone. AVOID, AVOID AVOID

Had an issue with the lacquer chipping off once the oak doors were planned down. It took 6 months of back and forth emails / phone calls to get to a ‘fill in the forms with pictures etc’ another 2 months not getting anywhere, not getting any response to finally being told as the issue was found as the doors were planned it should have been reported at that point and as the doors had been hung it was my fault and my problem! Keeping in mins the old doors had been removed this is a terrible excuse to take no action!! Appalling customer service – they will spend longer fobbing you off and doing nothing that actually addressing the issues! DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

“The worst company ever”

The worst company and customer service I've ever experienced. I'm keep calling you for over a month to find out when my refund will be proceeded. The cs reps are so uniformed and keep saying that this will be send now. Been promissed that thay will coll me back at the same day, no one ever contacted me back. When I ask to speak to the management, they are always unavailable. You have not even replied to my email with an offcial complaint!!! Send me my money back and I don't want to hear about your company ever again!!! I'm fed up with this situation...

“Joke of a company”

I purchased 10 doors from Leader Doors and 10 handles. I checked all the doors both on delivery and again when they were unwrapped and there were no faults. Once the doors were planed and fitted I noticed that the Oak veneer on one of the doors had started to peel away slightly in one section. I would assume that this section had not had the veneer glued properly. However, despite several months of emails between myself and a guy at Leader doors. Leaders 1st said that because it was fitted in a bathroom this had caused the problem. The door was not in a bathroom. They then said because we hadn't sealed the door this had caused the problem. We didn't seal the door because we noticed a fault. They now say that because I didn't check the doors on delivery, they can't replace it !!!!! Also not once have they replied regarding the faulty handles I purchased from them. They will use any and every excuse they can think of to put the blame on the customer. Avoid this company at ALL costs, they are a total joke.

“Shocking Products & CS”

Ordered an external gate which was appropriately treated using a leading brand of outdoor varnish several times. The gate quickly bowed and was clearly not fit for purpose. Customer service was appalling and slow. Recommend you don't use this company - much like EVERYONE else has stated.

IF I COULD LEAVE A 0 Rating I would!!!! I have been trying to get a very badly damaged door replaced for over a week. Delivery took months, I have messaged and left voicemails asking them to contact me but to date still no reply. I have been left with a door that has been dropped, I have complied with all their requests ie send photos, speak to customer service etc and still nothing. You cannot get through on the phone, you are just left on hold. THEY ARE DISGRACEFUL.... been pushed from pillar to post with them please do not waste your money!!!! SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING.

No telephone support, appealing emailing support, they don't hold stock and mis-sell by claiming immediate dispatch, they they say it will be 6 weeks, you ask for a refund and they ignore you. Have filed a claim with the bank. Have wasted hours on the phone and email and have even written to their owner. They are the worst of the worst deserve to go bankrupt. Read the reviews on other sites and Trustpilot. They are hated by so many customers

DO not buy with them. They provide false deliver times on their website. As soon as you pay you will receive information that item went out of stock and approximate lead time is several weeks. There's no way of contacting anyone in the company. No phone number is provided in any email neither their website. They don't respond to emails nor their chat is always offline. Ended up with opening chargeback claim at my bank.

“Misleading advertising image and awful customer care ”

Awful experience, dreadful customer care and response times. Received a door which did not match the advertised image- ignored me enquiries, refused to pick door up when next in area and expect me to return it at my own cost, which will be just as expensive as the actual door. Beware images of black doors are a bad misrepresentation and the two people I dealt with have no desire to help- without a living room door for 5 weeks. No phone number available to contact company says a lot.

“Avoid like the plague”

can honestly say this is the worst company I have EVER dealt with online. Waited six weeks for my door which didn't arrive on quoted date. Emailed them 3 days later to enquire where my door was and they replied advising it would be delivered the following week but no communication from them or tracking info is provided which is very poor. They use a courier called DX, if you check their reviews online you will be shocked, review after review stating doors delivered damaged. Guess what?....my door arrived BADLY damaged. It came a day late because it went to wrong depot, the courier obviously knew it was damaged as they just dumped it on my drive and drove away, didn't knock or leave a note. Please read the next bit, I will keep it short and factual but it is important you read on. I contacted leader doors customer services and corresponded with someone and sent him pictures of the damaged door. Initially he replied promptly to my emails and said I could return the door or accept a £50 partial refund. As the door was only for an outbuilding and damage was all on the inside face I accepted the offer of a refund. Sadly after 2 weeks and no sign of my refund despite emailing them several times I am now being ignored, no replies whatsoever. Perhaps they think I will just go away? No chance, I have all correspondence in black and will be proceeding with legal action against them. I just wish I had read the poor reviews of others and purchased elsewhere. Take my advice and stay well clear of leader doors or you could very well regret it.

“Abolute Joke”

This company is an absolute joke! I ordered 5 doors online with them, two were the wrong size, my fault entirley. They would not collect, I had to arrange delivery myself. So I ordered two new doors from them and paid straight away I then arranged for teh wrong doors to be returned, which they were on the 27th April - delivery company sent me pictures of the doors in Leader door's warehouse. I have emailed 6 times since they got returned, I have left 2 messages on there telephone answering service and yet Leader doors refuse to return my calls, acknowledge return of doors or refund my £400. Remeber I ordered and paid for 2 new doors instead of waiting for a credit from these people... big mistake...don't deal with them!

“Simply don't use”

Annoyed I have to even give 1 star. Sony the worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with in over 5 years. Waited for doors for over 3 months and still not arrived. Constantly fobbed off, that even if I manage to get a response. If leader Doors were the only supplier of doors in the UK I would simply choose not to have doors in my house!

“Awful Service”

Do NOT order anything from this company unless you place the order yourself. Ordered via their service help via telephone and the guy ordered 2 doors from the right model and 8 from the wrong. Because I didn't check my email confirmation which arrived 1 day later from placing the order I was going to have to pay for re-stocking fee etc and new delivery charge of £60. Utterly rubbish customer service and I would never order anything from them again!!! Do yourself a favour and order from another company if you want the right doors!!!
