We had some work done by Pennine Glazing for new UPVC windows and doors and initially we were very happy with the work, other than the front door was stiff to close. The owner of the company was very professional and assured us this was because they were new ansd how important customer satisfaction is for him. We left good feedback on My Builder site. BIG MISTAKE!! It has been 6 weeks since the work was completed and we are having problems locking the door. I have tried contacting them to come out, but he doesnt pick up his phone or return voicemail. Last Saturday I got hold of him when I blocked my number and he actually answered. He said he would be out today (Thursday 7th March 2013) to look at the door. He didn't turn up. No contact,nothing I've tried calling him several times and no answer. He still has not sent me my guarentee and when I asked him about it he said "oh i sent it - but I can't send it out again as it has been over 6 weeks). Now, I have asked him MANY times for it before that time, no reply. He is full of promises and excuses WHEN you can find him but still no guarantee and a dodgey door. AVOID! This company ahs no interest once it has your money!
