Just to say what a gent he is ,having had a glass ceiling light shade fail ,fall and shatter ,I visited James Oliver's showroom where I purchased the light 3 years or so ago ,without my receipt I might add .
I explained what had happened to him, and he found ,ordered a replacement (£25 ) and said he would try to contact them on my behalf to see if they would help out re the replacement. Not holding out much hope I received a phone call the next day to say that the company were prepared to replace it free of charge .
Many thanks for your help and how nice it is to have someone do what they promised .
