I have recently had new windows installed the contractor who I had renovations through told me they were fensa registered and that I would get a certificate and guarantee I've spent thousands of pounds to be told the company is not FENSA registered and also they won’t come to amend the leaks they have left in the windows. Is there anything I could do? I have spoken to trading standards and also fensa. Please advise if possible.

I had a conservatory built in Dec 2004/Jan 2005. I am selling the house but the surveyour's report says the conservatory is moving and uneven. I believe I have a 10 year warranty so I am ok, however, the company has since folded that fitted the conservatory. Where/Who do I go to to get it fixed under warranty?
