From the initial phone call the process was very informative and helpful. The discussions made sure that the company provided and understood what you required. The installation was completed on the time scale agreed and a few of the snagging issues that the installers notice was reported and fixed the next day. Our only dissapointment was the front door arriving damaged but a new one was ordered immediately. As my husband is retired being in the house was not a problem however if you worked it could have been an issue. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the warmth in the house amazing.
