Great doors

The doors i ordered ate great quality and Im pleased with them. However mixed feelings about customer service. The doors arrived 2 weeks after the original fitting date. They were fitted a week after arrival as we had some discussions about what i thought I was getting v what arrived (cosmetically). The fitters who put the windows in did a smashing job. However whilst Crystal deliver a good product I think that their handling of the customer is not always brilliant. The initial delay was not advised until the day before the fitting date. The attitude was very much “tough” re anything once you sign on the dotted line and although i received a discount for my doors it was a case of take the discount or go to the ombudsman. Not a feasible option when you have paid thousands for a product and need it to finish an extension. The moral for me is shop around and decide carefully. Having said all the above i will say that Crystal installed my other windows without issue 3 years ago and have returned when requested to fix any issues as and when needed.
