This is the second window we have had fitted from Crystal Windows. The windows are of good quality and the employees are very efficient and attentive. The first window is about 9 years old and we had some issues under the 10-year guarantee that were sorted out without any problem. The second window was installed last week. It is a upvc sash window and is very lovely. It was fitted very well without any mess. The price was reasonable and the customer service keeping us up to date with progress is very good. The workmen were excellent. Crystal seem by far the best window company to us.
