Salesman was efficient and provided plenty of information and scope to make the purchase straight forward. Installers arrived early morning and with no fuss completed fitting the windows and doors in good time. Took away all the old windows and doors, leaving no rubbish at all. Front door is perfect, letting in the light I needed but still giving privacy, and I love the french doors opening out into the garden. The locks on the doors gives peace of mind and also the windows look good, but with good security locks as well. I can certainly recommend Crystal and will use again in the future to complete the upstairs windows.
