After a couple of issues at the time of installation which delayed the install by a couple days i was promised a "marks and spencers voucher for the total of £100. Given the fact i had to take 2 additional day off work this is minor compared to the monetary value for those 2 days.

several phone calls and weeks have passed and i have been given the same old blarney that we'll send it out next week ect ect. Crystal then have the cheek to ask me to write a review for another non existent voucher.

as for the windows i have already had 1 unit replaced just a few weeks in.
