Had the installation done just over 10 years ago and fairly happy, BUT, now out of guarantee and the french doors have dropped a little in the middle and need adjusting, not expecting this to be a freebie.
Complete turndown. "Our engineers do NOT turn out for installations post guarantee" even when you offer to pay.
CRYSTAL - only interest is flogging their double glazing and for the rest take a run and jump.

Had the expected customer service been available when I called instead of a very firm "Our engineers do NOT turn out for installations post guarantee" then I would have been satisfied.
Now it is too late. Other double glazing contractors have similar attitudes to those expressed by Crystal, that unless there is the likelihood of a deal worth a few thousand pounds they have no interest in providing customer service.
Driven by the need to fix the problem I resorted to do it yourself. It hardly needed an "engineer" to resolve.
Poorly fixed locating plates in the frame had caused the door to stand proud from the seal, this, in turn, caused a gap allowing fresh air to enter via the seal.
Net result, problem solved at no cost to me, loss of income to Crystal and resultant bad review.
