My wife and I contacted the company to arrange a represent to call. The salesman duly arrived and we decided to lay down a deposit, sign a contract and proceed following our meeting.
The next day we changed our minds after paying the deposit and signing an agreement.
We contacted the salesman who advised we contact their office to ask for a refund.
I am delighted to say Crocodile without hesitation refunded our deposit within days and asked we keep them in mind if we do go ahead with our home improvement in the future.
This proves to me they are a professional ethical company who do take their reputation seriously.
I congratulate their attitude and professionalism when customers change plans.
