Had two windows done. Excellent windows, great wooden sills. Internal plastic surrounds put on by bored looking disinterested apprentice worth a couple of blobs of mastic. Proceeded to fall off when blinds were put up. Had to glue on myself with some difficulty. Poor and shoddy workmanship. Plenty of companies. Go elsewhere and avoid this lot.

Mine are worse, over 3 months to get right znd they're still cold and draughty, wish I hadn't bothered, they are terrible and not worth the over inflated prive
