We had Coral Windows come to our home with a view to replacing our old style conservatory roof with a new Glass style roof. We wanted a modern look that would give us the feeling of more space and also to try to retain some warmth in the Winter and keep it cooler in the Summer. Its only 3 weeks but so far we are delighted. With regards to the work on the day, the two guys arrived promptly were extremely courteous and moved my settee outside for us as my wife and I could not move it. It was a very windy day and normally they would have put sheets down on the floor to try to keep some of the dirt out. I told them I had no problems with them just walking on the tiles and I would wash the floor later.All I had to do was provide the with cups of Tea. Everything was completed by about 3PM and all the old roof and any mess was cleaned. They were very good and very professional and also of course they new there job. We have been very pleased with our experience of Coral Windows. From our first appointment we were under no pressure to sign up & from accepting a very competitive estimate we were then kept fully up to date as to when workmen would be arriving on site. All the operatives were very courteous & tidy. Our 6m x 3m conservatory was completed in 2 weeks. We had one small piece of skirting board come adrift & this was attended to promptly. We decided we wanted a conservatory leading on to a covered patio area. After a quote from another company who said it was not possible with a continuous roof line which we wanted and suggested we buy a 'gazebo' to attach to the conservatory!! the Coral salesman came, we discussed in depth what we required and he came up with a design which works faultlessly. The tilt and turn windows are perfect for opening and looking out onto the garden and for cleaning. The electrical sockets and wall lights were fitted very neatly and exactly where we wanted them. The wall heater allows us to use it all year round. It was fitted on the dates quoted, all the workmen were extremely polite, professional and hard working - lunch was only taken on one day out of the two days when it was fitted. Everything was cleaned up and tidied at the end of the job and no money was exchanged until it had been thoroughly inspected by ourselves and Coral's building inspector. We cannot recommend Coral highly enough, we are delighted with the whole experience. Job no D63024.

We moved into our home over a year ago and wanted to complete our house with Coral Window UPVC windows along with a new front door. From the salespeople to the fitters we received a very good service and were very happy with the quality of the products and the fitting. When the locking mechanism went on our r existing Coral Windows back door we assumed that it would be covered by the guarantee left by the previous owner however whilst the guarantee was in date we had failed to notify Coral of the change of ownership within 30days of moving into the property. As many people who read this review will have moved homes, changing names on guarantees for windows and doors is not something that springs to mind on the 'to do' list during very stressful moves!! Moreover it begs the question that if Coral Windows pride themselves on the quality of their products they should cover the product for the length of term of the guarantee regardless of who owns it. I understand now that voiding guarantees for windows/doors if companies are not notified of a change of home ownership with 30days of change of ownership is widely practiced, however it does not make it right!! Maybe changing these rules would set Coral Windows apart from their other competitors!! As we had to pay out £250 to fix our back door it completely spoilt our experience dealing with Coral Windows so unfortunately we wouldn't recommend their services. Contract no D62499

I had been looking to replace my 20 yr old double glazing for some time and was recommended Coral Windows by my cousin. To be honest I was a little apprehensive about having the work done for all manner of reasons, such as moving the front door to another position and replacing it with a window. No need to worry the surveyor even took photographs of the existing bricks to ensure a correct match. They have just completed what is nothing short of an absolutely excellent job in fitting no less than eight windows, patio doors and a front and back door all without me having to pick up one single issue or concern with them they certainly know their job and worked so well together. There was no hassle! There was no mess! They are an absolute asset to Coral they exceeded my expectations immensely and did nothing short of an absolute perfect job all of that is without any exaggeration I am 'delighted' with the finished job. Just to be sure that my first experience with Coral was not a one off I subsequently bought a bungalow and asked Coral for a quote again, again the same high standard of professionalism from ordering to fitting to cleaning up when job done. The Coral Windows team of 4 friendly, efficient and polite fitters fit 11 windows and a garage door at our house in 6.5 hours and left the place pristine, cosy warm and looking great! We visited our local Coral Showroom and were able to view the products we were looking for; a sliding patio door and a large window. The receptionist was able to give a convenient time when the salesman could visit us to measure up and give us the options and a price for the works. He arrived promptly at the given time and was very polite and friendly. He measured up the door and window and quickly gave us a price, describing exactly what was included and the company policies with regard to the quality of the products and to the quality of installation required of the fitters. The price given was very competitive and within our budget, so we added another large window to the order. He gave us the date and time when the Coral surveyor would come to check the measurements and look at any problems which might occur. The surveyor arrived at the given time and was able to confirm the requirements and told us that the work would be carried out within a fortnight. The window fitters arrived within the prescribed time and worked quickly and efficiently, answered any queries we had during the installation. They cleaned up well after the installation, both inside and out and removed all wrappings, surplus materials and rubbish. The result was a very clean and excellent job, with no damage to the existing decorations or furnishings. Overall everyone involved in the process was very polite, courteous and friendly throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending Coral Windows to any friends or relations who may be interested. Contract no *D63350.*

My experience with Coral from quotation to fitting was fantastic. The company provided a quality service and were 100% customer focused with no jargon or pressure selling. I decided to go with Coral Windows after receiving various quotes from other competitors. The quality of the windows out weighed any other company and they worked towards giving me the best deal without scrimping on quality. The carried out work included full renewal of all windows and doors and cladding to the front and back of my home. The job proved to be quite a task for the fitters, but however difficult the fitters took it in their stride and made a beautiful job. My main concern was that the interior of my home may be damaged during installation, but you wouldn't even notice they had been. It has completely changed the appearance of my home and I'm so pleased with end result. I would recommend Coral Windows to anyone, quality service, quality product, quality company!! They are highly professional from the word go from first contact to their customer care team. They have replaced every door and window we have as well as building the conservatory. From day one I had problems with Coral, it took 4 visits to correct problems with my front door, I wrote and complained, yes they did write back but solved nothing. I have tried to contact them numerous times, emails, their own web-site and they just ignored me, they took the money and ran. If it was anything else it would be taken back to the shop, refund given and I would never return but you cant do that with doors and windows can you... If I was you, just stay away.

In my opinion, ok product, poor sales, poor workmanship, very poor after sales. I wouldn't personally recommend.

Cannot thank all Coral Windows staff enough for their hard work and efficiency in designing, building and fitting our new conservatory. Their builders and fitters were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they made the installation go smoothly and without any problems.

Visited their showroom in wakefield, a little dated showroom but freindly receptionsist. Booked a home visit and person turned up on time and was very freindly and knowledable. All well so far. That was some days ago and had to call them twice to find out base qoute for the orangery. First time was told that the person would call me back - never happened. I called back a few days later to say what was happening, they told me the person that i needed to talk to was going into another appointment and would call me back. I told them if you dont call back by 3pm dont bother quoting. Guess what, thats right they didnt call back. So I called their head office number and told them the story and not to bother quoting. If they cant handle a quotation process, god knows how they would handle problems or gaurantee claims!! Stay clear of this company if you value customer service.

My wife and I have recently had a new Conservatory supplied and fitted by Coral Windows of Bradford West Yorkshire which is excellent, everyone at Coral from the initial sales visit to the final completion of the build have been very professional and informative from the groundwork/brickwork by the building team through to the excellent glazing/framework men and all the office/management staff we have been kept informed at every stage and this was much appreciated, having had all new windows and doors fitted by Coral last year we were already aware of the quality of Coral and would have no hesitation in recommending the Company in the future.

Just had all new windows fitted by Coral. Fantastic quality & great fitting. Knowledgeable sales staff & good home visit. Fitters punctual & hard working. Had three quotes, Coral were by far best quality & had best security.

had new window in lounge fitted nice fitters however unlevel sills non attendance at appointments made to alledgley remedy it several attemps later still not level but at least can open/close vertical blinds now despite sills un even!!. I cant do with grief especially with somthing that was costing well over £1000 (:. Good points were fitters in them tidying up bad had to go to MD level to sort out some agreeable remedy and discount and they were willing to listen, room much warmer though. Make your own minds up whether want to use them we thought not most exspensive not cheapest reputation prior what we went on am qustioning whether use again. Saga from OCT until End Nov
