Highly recommended from store to fitting, very pleased with my windows nice and cosy in my home now and saving on the heating bills now. Not the cheapest on the market but who wants cheap Windows. The installation of our porch was well executed and the fitters were polite and friendly. The only criticisms I have is that someone put the excess mortar from the build into one of my planters which contains a plant and I would have preferred a white downspout and guttering instead of the black which was fitted. Turned up on time and got straight into the job of replacing a patio door. Very pleasant pair of lads and completed the job in under two hours. Cleaned up after them although there was not a lot of mess. The doors are very good quality and we immediately felt the benefit of a warmer room. The locks seem very safe and secure.

I knew exactly how I wanted my new windows to look and the Salesman got it down on paper and the Surveyor took great care in making sure during our discussion that he had it right. The job went according to plan apart from changing the installation day due to a job running over but Saturday suited us better and a quick measure to make sure, out with the old windows starting upstairs, new units in, minimum mess and what was taken out was cleared up outside and in, dust sheets down and although it tipped down with rain the cheerful fitters were efficient and got on with their job and we were soon warm and toasty fitting the curtains back. We seemed to be missing the keys but a quick call to the office and two keys per window arrived in a couple of days. I am proud and pleased with my A rated windows and think they transform my house from looking the same as the rest to standing out from the crowd. Would definitely recommend Carringtons and would certainly use again without hesitation.

Salesman fairly pushy but no more than you would expect. All arrangements prior to actual work professionally handled. We were kept informed throughtout. The work was done to a high standard and on time. We are very pleased with the result.

Mr and Mrs. Hurst. Mansfield. We had a large Conservatory built by them about three years ago and we are thrilled with the job. Two of the windows did blow but they replaced them with no problem. We have recently had all new windows, a new roofing and door replaced on a porch/ small conservatory at the side of our house and we are very pleased with that too.The roof was very tricky for them as the orriginal base was not straightforward but they made an excellent job. In fact we are having more new windows at the front of our house later this year.

The company is most professional from start to finish. The initial "Salesman" explained everything in detail without being at all patronising. The follow up visit by the surveyor was thorough without being longwinded. The fitters were very careful and quick, they were willing to explain the process and assured us that the process they followed was the most efficient and effective way of doing the job and this did indeed prove to be the case. Job well done,nice finish inside and out.Although there was damage on one windows and the bay arrived badly damaged,which should have been checked before sent out.It was all put right with no fuss the next day , could not fault customer service.The fitters were pleasant and made good any damage which was by removal of old frames, nothing was to much trouble.Advice was excellent given by a very pleasant sales woman.We are very pleased with the service and end result. We are really pleased with the quality of the windows & doors which were fitted, on time, with the minimum of disruption. The standard of workmanship was excellent & the two fitters could not have been more helpful. Answering a cold call 'phone call we asked for a qoute for replacement double glazed units. A salesman called, proficient but so in your face. We agreed the price and were told someone would call to measure up more exactly. A young man called, was so pleasant and helpful, and soon had all the measurements he required. Asking us if we had any queries he arranged for the new units to be fitted within just a few short days. Not after weeks, as we were expecting. On the day the fitting team arrived on the time stated. A father and son team - two nicer people you could not hope to meet, and so efficient working together. They did a good job and left our home clean and tidy. They are a brilliant advert for this company. To date we are delighted with the service and as all is still new - if the units live up to the quality of the installation - then we are so well happy. Carrington's even funded a deposit covering insurrance - never heard of that before. So Carrington - Thank you.
